The program exists because high-volume buyers have different requirements from retail customers. Lead times, sampling, pricing structures, and documentation standards are all different at scale. We have built the program around what those buyers actually need.
There is no minimum annual spend to join. There is a verification step, we confirm that applicants are genuine commercial buyers, and pricing is tiered to volume. Beyond that, access is straightforward.
Priority sampling
Registered trade buyers move to the front of the sample queue. Strike-offs and production samples are expedited ahead of general enquiries.
Dedicated account manager
A named contact in our sales team handles all your programmes, one relationship across multiple projects, no re-briefing required.
Stock program access
Selected constructions and colourways held in stock for immediate dispatch. Reduces lead time for repeat orders and top-up shipments.

New collection previews and updated Specification Catalogues reach trade buyers before general release, time to specify ahead of the market.

Our team reviews your application and may follow up with a short call to understand your programme. We do not charge an application fee.
Access
On approval, your account details and trade pricing schedule arrive by email. Your dedicated account manager will make contact within 24 hours.
Approved buyers gain access to our large trade catalogue and a wide range of premium services, from priority sampling and custom manufacturing support to dedicated account management and early collection previews, all reserved for verified RS Contract trade accounts.
A dedicated online portal, with order history, sampling status, and stock-program inventory, is in development. Access details and login credentials will arrive by email on account activation.
