ASSURED, KNOT BY KNOT
Quality
Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our floor. Not because it is required, because our buyers cannot afford a quality failure on the installed floor and neither can we.
Quality control
Inspected at every stage, not once at the end.
We check at fibre, at loom, after washing, on dimension and at final audit. A problem found at the loom costs a day. A problem found at dispatch costs a month.

Yarn inspection
Wool and silk enter the dye house only after grading for staple length, contamination and colour consistency. Substandard fibre is rejected at intake, not after dyeing.

Loom audit
Supervisors check knot density, colour placement and dimensional accuracy against the signed talim notation at regular loom intervals. Deviations are corrected at the loom, at this cost, not at dispatch.

Knot-density check
Every finished piece is measured for knots-per-square-inch against the production specification before it leaves the loom. Dense-format and fine-silk commissions are cross-checked against the signed strike-off.

Wash & finish QC
After washing and shearing, surface pile, colour depth and handle are measured against the approved strike-off. The wash process is the last stage at which the pile and surface colour can be adjusted, we treat it accordingly.

Dimensional check
Finished dimensions are measured and recorded against the brief specification. Pieces outside tolerance are re-stretched or remade, not shipped and claimed as acceptable variation.

Final hand-inspection
A full visual audit, every row of the face, every edge, conducted under raking light before packing. Each piece is photographed and logged with its production reference and strike-off comparison. Documentation is included with the shipment.
Inspection checkpoints
What we check, and when.
Each row below maps to a gate in our production process. Nothing proceeds to the next stage without the preceding checkpoint being cleared and documented.
Our standard
We produce for buyers who cannot afford a compliance failure.
Certifications are not marketing. They are the price of entry for the procurement teams, hotel groups and retail buyers who specify our product. We are CARE and FAIR members and CEPC registered exporters. GoodWeave-licensed production, ISO 9001 documentation and Oeko-Tex certified yarns are available on request for qualifying orders. We provide documentation with every shipment, without being asked.
Have a compliance requirement?
Send us your procurement qualification form or list the standards your market requires. We confirm what we hold and what we can provide.
