Shipping and duty.

We deliver worldwide, with India as our home market. Shipping is free on every order. There is no shipping line to pay at checkout and no surcharge added later.

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). If you browse in another currency, the amounts shown are approximate conversions. You are always charged in INR, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Every piece is made to order, so nothing leaves a warehouse the day you buy it. Made to order. These are estimates of production time. Hand-knotted rugs take about 90 days, Oushak and handloom rugs about 60 days, hand-tufted rugs about 50 days and poufs about 45 days; other pieces are usually a few weeks.For international orders, timelines are subject to change; we will email the confirmed delivery time and tracking details. We email you when your order ships.

If your order has not arrived by the time we confirmed, please write to living@raheemandson.com. Delivery times are estimates, and this does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders delivered within India have no import duty. Prices are shown before GST; GST at the rate that applies to each piece is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.

Orders delivered outside India carry no GST.

For deliveries outside India, import duties and taxes may apply in your country. They are paid by you to the carrier or customs on delivery. RS Living does not collect them at checkout, does not charge them, and does not refund them. The price you pay us does not change.

Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by you to the carrier on delivery.

If you cancel or withdraw from an order, we refund what we charged you. Customs charges collected by the carrier are between you and the carrier or customs. See Faults and your rights.

• We prepare the export paperwork and declare the goods to customs.
• Any import duties and taxes are collected on delivery by the carrier or customs, not by us. Please keep in mind they may apply in your country.
• Some countries ask for a tax or ID number to clear a parcel. If yours does, we will email you before dispatch.

We send orders with established international couriers and freight partners, chosen for your destination. You receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Rugs delivered to the UK, the EU and the EEA are made to the exact width and length you enter, so each one is made to your specification. Because of that, the statutory 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them once your order is accepted. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including those for faulty goods.

Furniture is not available for delivery to the UK and EU. Cushion covers, poufs, baskets and wall hangings are standard made-to-order pieces. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel an order for them within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, under UK and EU law.

To cancel, use Withdraw from this contract, or email living@raheemandson.comwith a clear statement that you want to cancel and your order number. You can also use this model form: “To RS Living (living@raheemandson.com): I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [items]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name and address: [..]. Date: [..].” We will confirm receipt by email with the date and time.

We refund the price you paid for the items, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the items back, or you have sent proof that you have sent them back, before refunding. Please send the items back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please take reasonable care of the items while they are with you. Delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund. We refund what we charged. Import duties and taxes are paid by you to the carrier or customs on delivery, not to us, and are not refunded by us.

Your order is at our risk until it is delivered to you. Please check the parcel when it arrives and tell us at living@raheemandson.com as soon as you can if it is damaged. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Some destinations may be restricted by law or by courier rules. If we cannot deliver to your address, checkout tells you before you pay.
