Delivering to the United States.

Yes. Shipping to the United States is free. Every category, rugs, poufs, cushion covers, baskets, wall hangings and furniture, can be delivered.

Every piece is made to order. Estimated production time: hand-knotted about 90 days, Oushak and handloom about 60 days, hand-tufted about 50 days, poufs about 45 days; other pieces usually a few weeks; for international orders timelines are subject to change, and we confirm the delivery time and tracking details by email.

For delivery outside India, import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by you to the carrier or customs on delivery. We do not collect, charge or refund them. If you cancel or withdraw, we refund what we charged.

We do not publish duty rates on this page. The amount depends on the goods and your country, and your carrier or customs authority can tell you. See shipping and duty for how customs is handled.

Prices are set and charged in Indian rupees (INR). You can choose to view approximate prices in US dollars (USD); the amount charged is always the rupee price, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Rugs come in nine standard sizes, from 2 x 3 ft to 12 x 15 ft, and most designs can also be made to a custom size priced to your size at checkout. See the rug size guide.

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once production has started. Write to us as early as you can if anything changes. A rug fault reported within 3 days of delivery is collected, repaired and sent back at our cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. See faults and your rights.
