Do you ship to UK?
Yes. Shipping to the United Kingdom is free. Rugs are sold in custom size only, and furniture is not yet available for delivery there (see below).
Every piece is made to order. Estimated production time: hand-knotted about 90 days, Oushak and handloom about 60 days, hand-tufted about 50 days, poufs about 45 days; other pieces usually a few weeks; for international orders timelines are subject to change, and we confirm the delivery time and tracking details by email.
Customs duty and import taxes
For delivery outside India, import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by you to the carrier or customs on delivery. We do not collect, charge or refund them. If you cancel or withdraw, we refund what we charged.
We do not publish duty rates on this page. The amount depends on the goods and your country, and your carrier or customs authority can tell you. See shipping and duty for how customs is handled.
Prices and currency
Prices are set and charged in Indian rupees (INR). You can choose to view approximate prices in pounds sterling (GBP); the amount charged is always the rupee price, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
