Yes. India is our priority market, and shipping is free across India on every piece. RS Living is the retail store of Raheem & Son, which has made rugs in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh since 1927, so a domestic order travels from Bhadohi to you.

Every piece is made to order. Estimated production time: hand-knotted about 90 days, Oushak and handloom about 60 days, hand-tufted about 50 days, poufs about 45 days; other pieces usually a few weeks; for international orders timelines are subject to change, and we confirm the delivery time and tracking details by email.

Domestic Indian orders have no import duty. The price you see is the price of the piece, and shipping is free.

Prices are set and charged in Indian rupees (INR).

Rugs come in nine standard sizes, from 2 x 3 ft to 12 x 15 ft, and most designs can also be made to a custom size priced to your size at checkout. See the rug size guide.

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once production has started. Write to us as early as you can if anything changes. A rug fault reported within 3 days of delivery is collected, repaired and sent back at our cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. See faults and your rights.
