How a wholesale order works
- 1. Send a brief. Designs, constructions, materials, sizes and estimated quantities. Drawings, CAD files, colour references or physical samples all help. We reply within two business days.
- 2. Approve a sample. A sample or strike-off to your design, typically 25 to 35 days. Nothing goes into production before you approve it.
- 3. Confirm the order. You issue a purchase order with specification, quantities, sizes, packing and Incoterm. Production starts once we have confirmed it.
- 4. Bulk production and inspection. Bulk lead times start from 60 days. Inspection is in-process at the loom, post-wash and at final finishing.
- 5. Shipping. Dispatch by the port and Incoterm agreed at order. Documentation is confirmed before you commit.
