Whether you need a manufacturer to execute your design, a supplier who can carry your label, or an unbranded product you can bring to market yourself, we can accommodate your programme.
OEM manufacturing
We manufacture to the buyer's complete specification, including design, material, construction, size and pile height. The finished product is made to your drawing, CAD file, colour reference or physical sample. We develop and refine through sampling until the specification is met, then move to production. Our brand is not on the product.
OEM is suited to buyers who are developing their own product range and need a manufacturer who can execute a specified design reliably and at volume.
Private label manufacturing
We make the rug, you brand it. Private label means the product carries your label, hangtag, packaging or brand mark, with no Raheem and Son identification on the finished piece or its packaging. We can accommodate your specific label format, care instruction requirements and packaging insert specifications.
Private label is suited to retailers, importers and house brands who want a product that is fully theirs in presentation, sourced from a reliable large-scale manufacturer.
White label manufacturing
White label is a fully unbranded product, made to a defined specification with no identification from either party. The rug ships without a brand, label or house mark of any kind. You apply your own branding after receipt, or supply the product through a third-party programme.
White label is suited to buyers who need a clean, unbranded product that can be sold under any label or supplied into a programme without manufacturer attribution.

We work from drawings, CAD files, physical samples, colour references or written specifications. Our design and sampling team advises on construction, material and scale options during development, and produces strike-offs for colour approval before the full sample is made.

OEM, private label and white label
What is the difference between OEM, private label and white label?
OEM means we manufacture to your design and specification, with no house branding on the product. Private label means we manufacture and apply your specific brand label, hangtag or packaging to the finished piece. White label means we manufacture an unbranded product with no identification from either party. All three are available from Raheem and Son at flexible volumes.
Can you put our brand label on the rug?
Yes. Private label orders include your label, hangtag, packaging insert or brand mark on the finished piece and its packaging. We require your label specification, care instruction content and any regulatory text before production begins. Samples are provided with labelling applied for approval before the full production run.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling typically takes 25 to 35 days depending on the construction, material and colour complexity. A sampling brief and colour reference are required before we begin. We provide a finished, labelled sample for approval before any production is confirmed.
Is there a minimum order quantity for OEM or private label production?
No fixed minimum order quantity applies. We work from sampling through to full container-load production. Volumes and production schedules are confirmed based on your specific product, construction and programme requirements. Contact us with your brief and we will confirm what applies.
