Questions about our range
Can any design be made in a custom size or colour?
Yes. Everything we make is made to order. Sizes, colourways, borders and pile heights are all adjustable, and we can work from your drawing, a CAD file, a photograph or a physical reference.
Are these rugs in stock, or made to order?
Made to order. We are a manufacturer rather than a stockist, so a collection piece is a design we produce rather than an item sitting in a warehouse. That is what allows any size, colour or construction change.
Which materials do you work in?
Wool from New Zealand and the Himalayas, mulberry silk from Varanasi, bamboo silk, cotton, jute and leather, alone or blended. We can advise which suits your traffic level and budget.
Do you supply to retailers and importers as well as designers?
Yes. Our buyers are importers, retailers, wholesalers, interior designers, hospitality groups and contract specifiers. We also supply under private label and white label arrangements.
How do I move from browsing to a quote?
Send an enquiry with the designs, sizes and quantities you are interested in. We reply with pricing, lead times and sampling options, usually within one business day.
