Quote questions
How is a bulk rug quote calculated?
Price depends on construction, knot or stitch density, material, size, finishing and quantity. That is why we quote per project rather than publishing a price list. Once we have your specification we return a costed quote, normally on FOB Nhava Sheva unless you specify other Incoterms.
How long does a quote take?
Usually one to two business days for a straightforward specification. Complex custom programmes with multiple constructions can take longer, and we will tell you when to expect it.
What is the minimum quantity for a bulk order?
There is no fixed minimum. We work from single pieces up to full container loads and repeat production programmes. Tell us your volume and we will confirm what is workable.
What are your production lead times?
Sampling takes 25 to 35 days. Bulk production starts from 60 days and varies with order size, construction and current loom load. Lead times are confirmed at order.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
All Incoterms 2020. FOB Nhava Sheva is the usual default for the US and Western Europe, Mundra for the Gulf, and Kolkata for Australia and Southeast Asia. Air cargo via Delhi is available for urgent or high-value silk shipments.
